Refund Policy
We stand behind the quality of our AI analysis. This policy clearly defines when refunds are available and how to request one.
Eligible for Refund
You did not receive your documents and we are unable to recover them from our system within 24 hours of your purchase.
Not Eligible for Refund
You received your documents. The AI analysis has been performed and the service has been fully delivered.
1.When You Are Eligible for a Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if you did not receive your four career documents by email AND we are unable to recover and resend them from our system. This covers technical failures on our end (delivery errors, generation failures) where the service was not delivered. We will always attempt to resolve the issue first β resending your documents β before processing a refund.
2.When You Are Not Eligible for a Refund
If you received your documents, no refund is available. The AI analysis has already been performed, resources have been consumed, and the service has been fully delivered. This includes cases where you are dissatisfied with the analysis content, feel the results did not meet your expectations, or changed your mind after receiving the documents. We strongly encourage you to review example outputs before purchasing.
3.How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@1cv3career.com with: (1) the subject line "Refund Request", (2) the email address you used at checkout, (3) your order number (found in your Stripe receipt), and (4) a brief description of the issue. Please submit your request within 7 days of your purchase date.
4.Refund Processing
Eligible refunds are processed within 5β10 business days via the original payment method (credit/debit card via Stripe). You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Processing times depend on your card issuer and may take an additional 3β5 business days to appear on your statement.
5.Disputes
If you believe you are entitled to a refund and have not received a satisfactory response from our support team within 7 business days, you may initiate a chargeback through your bank or card provider. We ask that you contact us first β most issues can be resolved quickly and amicably.
