1.Service Description
1CV3Career provides an AI-powered CV analysis and career strategy service. Upon uploading your CV and completing payment, you receive four documents: a strategic career analysis report, an improved version of your CV, and two career-path CVs targeting alternative directions identified by our AI. Documents are delivered by email within 5 minutes of payment confirmation.
2.Payment Terms
1CV3Career operates on a one-time payment model. There are no subscriptions, recurring charges, or hidden fees. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The price displayed at checkout is the total amount charged. All sales are final except as provided in our Refund Policy.
3.Nature of Results — "As Is"
The analysis and career documents generated by 1CV3Career are AI-generated recommendations based on the content of your CV. They are provided for informational and career planning purposes only. 1CV3Career does not guarantee employment, interviews, salary increases, or any specific career outcome. Results represent our AI's best assessment at the time of analysis and may not reflect every nuance of your professional background.
4.Company & Market Data
Companies mentioned in your analysis are identified based on publicly available data about hiring patterns, company profiles, and industry trends. This data may not reflect current open positions or active recruitment. 1CV3Career is not affiliated with any mentioned company. Salary ranges are market estimates based on publicly available compensation data and should be used as reference points only.
5.Acceptable Use
You agree to use 1CV3Career for lawful personal career purposes only. You must not upload CVs belonging to other individuals without their explicit consent. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or reproduce the AI analysis methodology. You must be at least 16 years of age to use this service.
6.Intellectual Property
The documents generated for you by 1CV3Career are yours to use for your personal career purposes. The underlying methodology, software, and brand assets of 1CV3Career remain the intellectual property of 1CV3Career. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the generated documents or the service.
7.Responsible AI
Our AI analysis is a career planning tool, not a substitute for professional career counseling. We encourage you to critically evaluate the suggestions provided and consult qualified career professionals for major career decisions. The AI does not have access to your complete professional history beyond what is included in your uploaded CV.
8.Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1CV3Career's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for that analysis. 1CV3Career is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost employment opportunities or career outcomes.
9.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
